THE CONSTRUCT OF WAGE LABOR
An alternative to the ideological construct—yes, ideological—of laissez-faire capitalism is logical capitalism. Unlike the liberal apologists claim, wage labor is not a necessary condition for capitalism, but rather a construct whereby the proprietor pays for labor power the MINIMUM amount the worker as a commodity bearer is willing to accept for the sale of his commodity (labor power). Under this construct, the equilibrium is reached right before the worker gives up. For this construct to become effectively a fixture in the economy and in the ethos of the people, the liberal state’s political actions are a prerequisite.Â
The alternative construct is logical labor, wherewith the proprietor pays for labor power the MAXIMUM amount that he is willing to pay before the ceasing of operations becomes more desirable given his personal inclinations as described by his marginal utilities. Under this construct, the equilibrium is reached right before the proprietor/capitalist gives up. For this new labor framework to work, both employer and employee must integrate in an all-inclusive union, under the golden rule that the employee cannot be replaced by another outside this union willing to work for less. This initial condition turns the scenario of game theory described in laissez-faire capitalism into the scenario of logical labor, and thus the equilibrium reached within that negotiating entity (union) changes dramatically.Â
For this new construct to be implemented and nourished, an organic state is a precondition. We call it the National Liberextremist State. It is a state born out of a party, and not a party born out of a state—which is the case in this partitocracy.
